At New Level Skincare, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help make it right.

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns on most unopened and unused products within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • In their original packaging
  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation number or receipt)

If you have sensitivity, irritation, allergic reaction to the product or any of our ingredients after first use, we will accept your return within 30 days.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team at karifeder@newlevelskincare.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions for shipping the product back to us.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If your product arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace the item at no additional cost or provide a refund if a replacement is unavailable.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return if opened or used. This includes any product where the safety seal has been broken or removed. Gift cards and promotional items are also non-returnable.

Return Shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
